Regular physical activity provides important health benefits for all of us. It can help you strengthen your heart, build strong muscles and bones, improve coordination, relieve stress, improve your mood, and help you feel better about yourself. Many individuals utilize physical activity to help with their overall wellness. In this special physical activity edition of WOW, we discuss the benefits of physical activity and 2 individuals' experiences with the impact of physical activity on their own wellness.
