This is a Government dietary information site which is both more complex and entertaining than the brochures and simple websites of our youth. Among key sections:

  • A SuperTracker lets individuals build and then track a personalized nutrition and physical activity plan.
  • Healthy Eating on a Budget contains shopping and menu planning ideas
  • A "tip of the day" contains useful non-complex ideas
  • Separate sections are aimed at dieters, pregnant and nursing women, kids, preschoolers, and people who prefer their content in Spanish
