The Million Hearts Campaign (www.millionhearts.hhs.gov), is an important wellness initiative with a goal of “preventing one million heart attacks and strokes over five years.” They have outlined an ABCS guideline. The CSPNJ Institute for Wellness and Recovery Initiatives has created a chart that can assist people in taking steps to improve health based on these guidelines.
